Building a home on your lot is available through Brittany. The package price depends on the design and the lot it goes on, so I quote it from Brittany's current computation sheet for your specific lot rather than publishing a range that may not apply to it.

Three payment schemes: (1) Spot Cash — a discount off the list price, payable within 7 days of reservation. (2) Spot 5% + 15% DP over 36 months + 80% bank — an outright discount, 5% spot down, 15% spread over 36 months, 80% bank at 9% p.a. (5, 10, or 15-year terms). (3) Regular: 20% DP over 36 months + 80% bank at 9% p.a. In-house financing is applied automatically if bank financing is not approved. Confirmed against Brittany's computation sheets dated 8 August 2026.
