What that means in practice
- Price Developer pricelist
- Prices come from the developer’s own pricelist. When a new sheet arrives I apply it, and the site shows which month the figure came from.
- Payment terms Developer’s own terms
- Payment terms are the developer’s. I don’t design my own discounts or invent a monthly figure to make something look affordable.
- Availability Developer availability chart
- Availability follows the developer’s chart. What shows as available is what they say is available.
The proof
The test of this isn’t what I publish. It’s what I take down.
When a developer marks a unit on hold, it comes off this site the same day — even when it’s the cheapest thing I’m advertising, and even when removing it means my own starting price goes up. I’d rather quote you higher and be right.
What that means for you
You can check any number I give you against the developer’s own document — ask and I’ll send it. If I can’t source something, I’ll tell you that instead of guessing. You should never find out later that a figure I gave you wasn’t real.
