Eiger is Tower 1 of Bern by Brittany, the Swiss-inspired estate on Outlook Drive in Baguio City, 5,039 feet above sea level and designed by WOW Architects. The 8,531 sqm development is planned for four residential buildings and a future hotel; Eiger occupies 1,096 sqm of it and rises eight residential floors over two basement parking levels, at four to eight units per floor.

Fifty-nine residences, in two layouts. One-bedroom units run 46.36 to 61.71 sqm, some opening onto a balcony and — on the lower two levels — some onto a private garden. Two-bedroom units are 101.15 sqm with a balcony. Units face either the pine stand or the park, and corner units take both.

Prices on the current pricelist are inclusive of 12% VAT and of registration, documentary stamp tax, transfer tax and the other fees relating to the transfer of the condominium certificate of title — so the figure shown is closer to a landed cost than a headline price.
