The unit mix is compact. Studios with balconies run 33.2 to 36.55 sqm, one-bedroom units 40.85 to 50.96 sqm, and two-bedroom units 60.8 and 69.17 sqm. Prices on the September 2026 pricelist run from ₱10,313,000 to ₱21,269,000.

Two things are worth knowing before you look at units. First, the inventory is mixed: six of the available units — in One Upper East, One Upper West and Two Upper East — are ready for occupancy now, while the other 28 sit in Two Upper West and are still preselling. Second, availability here moves faster than the paperwork does. One unit on the current pricelist had already been sold when we checked it against the developer, so ask me to confirm a specific unit before you plan around it.
