This list covers only what is built and operating today, each with an independent source or my own visit. Plans for the estate's future are left out on purpose.
The South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) serves Nuvali through its Santa Rosa and Mamplasan exits, and the Cavite–Laguna Expressway (CALAX) through its Santa Rosa–Tagaytay and Laguna Boulevard exits.

For the exact lot you choose, I prepare the developer's computation: the list price, VAT, other charges and the payment terms open that month, so you see the full amount before you commit.
You sign the developer's reservation agreement and pay the developer directly. Payments go to the developer, never to me.
The developer sets the list for your situation: usually valid IDs and proof of income, with separate lists for buyers abroad and for companies.
You follow the schedule in your computation. The title is transferred to you once the lot is fully paid.
Once your phase is turned over, you can build, following the village's design guidelines.
Other charges are the costs of transferring and registering the title in your name, such as transfer tax, registration fees and documentary stamp tax. Your computation lists them line by line.
